Only when chased told by store manager Chris that designer had left and someone else would contact us. After chasing again (nobody called..) they tried once and left a voicemail. You can’t call the store back as goes to a central number that nobody answers.
- SDSally DoustMar 26, 20262.0Design process was great. Aftercare has been appalling. We have had a faulty tap and been exchanging emails for months getting nowhere. Can't wash up properly because the flow is bad at the tap quality is very poor. The billing process is not transparent at all, you are given items for 'free' or in a 'sale' and adjust the overall price to compensate for this, so if problems arise, they can say you didn't pay for it so we can't refund you

As part of our Magnet service, we can also dismantle and remove your old kitchen as part of our service. For an additional cost, we can also take care of the plumbing, electrical and gas work as part of an insurance-backed package.
